PlugOut is a kind of app which you just “Turn on once and forget.” Just put on the app once, and every time your phone reaches full-charge, you will be notified. No matter what. All you need to stop the alarm is unplug the phone.

No need to worry if you are in a place where you do not want your alarm to go off, say a meeting or in a hospital. PlugOut is smart enough to read the phone’s profile, before it goes off. So if your phone is in silent profile, it WILL remain Silent. Plus, you can customize the alarm with your favorite ringtone and even set it on a vibrate mode.
